I’m a My Verizon Wireless user and I want to post a message to the Verizon Residential Community, but I can’t sign in. How can I post a message there?

I’m a My Verizon Wireless user and I want to post a message to the Verizon Residential Community, but I can’t sign in. How can I post a message there?

As has been our process, your My Verizon Wireless ID cannot get you access to the Verizon Residential Community to post, you can only view.  To post a message you will need to create a Community Only User ID on the Verizon Residential Community and log in.
