We'll find an answer for you! Make sure that your overall volume is up and ringer switch on left side is not off. In Settings, go to Sounds and check Text tone, ringtone, and Key clicks there. Are you able to hear the volume when selecting a ringtone there? Try changing the ringtone and test to see if those will make a sound.
