I was advised by Tech support that which new update, when I plug my phone into my PC and the auto play pops up, I should be able to download software called Repair Assist. Well that doesn't happen. When I look to see how phone is connected to PC, it says it's a portable media device. Should that be the way it connects or should it be portable hard drive? Getting frustrated with Samsung and Verizon due to the lack of knowledge of their device and software.
