Who I have the same questioned this topic

Back in September I decided to join Verizon after being given the runaround from ATT for 3 years. My bill for ATT hovered around 275 a month so needless to say my wife and I were happy when we walked into the Verizon Store in Havelock North Carolina and met Tim [removed] who signed us up and told us our bill would be around 200 for three phones including the 29 dollars a month per phone, and even showed it to us in writing. Needless to say we signed up and were shocked to see our bill of 277 the first month. When I called I was informed that Tim only told us about the bill and didn't factor the 29 a piece into each phone. So I would like to thank him personally on this page for proving to me Verizon is no different than any other phone company. I am already counting my days down to leaving this company.
