Who I have the same questioned this topic

*73 is to deactivate call forwarding.  That didn't work. If call forwarding was on then I wouldn't get calls with hd on or off.   

The caller gets 4 rings and then my voicemail. It never rings at the phone or shows a missed call. 

Again. This all started after I messed with the new wifi calling.  Even though I have now turned off wifi calling I still don't get calls unless HD calling is on. 

If you tell me your working on an update then great I'll wait.  If you tell me I am the only one with this issue then maybe I need to take it in to the store.
