Who I have the same questioned this topic

I've tried two different Bluetooth earbuds, they pair with the phone but there is no sound that I hear. The earbuds even say they are connected but again I don't hear anything. I'm assuming it's an issue with the phone at this point. With that being said I have a Bluetooth headset that does connect and I can talk and hear with. Any help would be appreciated.
