II don't complain about policy and procedure, I happen to read and make contracts daily. I would have happily have waited 30 days. No one offered that information at all until today, not even when I was paying for the preorder taxes. so I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this info. But that's not my case. It's highly frustrating to communicate when people don't comprehend, I agree.
The website had a processing error and tech support took my payment and turned it into credit, no order. I just gave money to Verizon for no reason. Verizon offered nothing but a refund bad n 7-10 days and to pay more money.
