Cheated by a Verizon representative. No way to contact Verizon. What can I do?

I was cheated by a Verizon representative .Verizon is charging me 3 times in the bill for the contract that I signed. I have no way to contact anyone in Verizon by email, I have no way to contact Verizon by phone (just answering machines that work in a loop). What could I do? Any suggestion before going to court?
