Hi Verizon Wireless Customer Support -
So this is interesting. My billing cycle flipped today and when I tried to use the Netflix app and the Netflix site on my phone via 4G/LTE - it worked perfectly. No changes have been made to my phone or its apps.
Not sure if something else is at play but definitely find it interesting that what had been broken for over a week just started working on the day that my billing cycle flipped.
I'll continue to monitor and we'll see if it resurfaces.
