Who I have the same questioned this solution

So the top part of my pen, where it says Samsung, came completely off the body of the pen. So now the body of the pen is stuck in my phone. Called verizon and it tries to transfer me to tech support and says the call can't be completed as dialed. Never had so many issues with a phone before and I've only lyrics had it 2 months. Anyone have this happen?
