Loudon, thanks for keeping us updated on this issue. Do you have other 3rd oarty applications downloaded to this device? If so, we recommend that you uninstall any unwanted applications and update software for the applications that you want to keep. Power your device off/on to soft reset it and let us know if you continue to have this issue.
