Who I have the same questioned this topic

Has anyone had problem(s) with their internet order.  I ordered two upgrade phones, and two cases, four das ago.  I got everything yesterday (3 days), except for an i6S in gold.  There was no indication of back order, delay etc.  I called in and after two calls and over 40 minutes of time, I am told it is not shipped yet and they cannot tell me why or when.
