I received my pre-ordered Galaxy S7 about 3 hours ago and powered it on.
It asked for the last 4 digits of the SSN of the primary account holder and then I pressed next. It said "activating" and after about 10 minutes it stated, this is taking longer than usual, do you want to connect to a wireless network?
I did and set up my phone's email.
I called Verizon support and they confirmed the MEID number as well as the sim card #. I was told to wait. I have waited and after about 10 minutes of powering my phone on it says that activation in incomplate and will attempt to activate once the phone is restarted.
I have restarted the phone 6 times now and it is still not activating.
What to do?
