Got email today to redeem my Visa Prepaid Card. After clicking redeem now and logging in there is no "reward tile" to complete the redemption as the email specified. Additionally, the "Chat with Agent" does not appear to work through the virtual assistant. I can’t even get a real agent to chat. I’m sure this glitch is on purpose so that I’ll give up trying and the reward will expire.
