Cannot Access Anything on My Fios App

I can log in on iphone and on windows computer, but have no access to anything, says account has been disconnected. I think it has to do with trying to log In too many times with wrong password. Im just going around in circles i will have to call. The fios tv app will not even let me log on at all too. Have no idea how to reset it etc, dont think its possible
