Who I have the same questioned this topic

I get this message when I look at my orders. I just put one in on Friday for the new HTC 10, but I noticed I get the processing message still on the phone, and also the phone I have now that I got a year ago. I was wondering if I can get this fixed so that the real statuses of my orders are shown?
