Who I have the same questioned this topic

This is not what my problem is what the problem is .what my problem is / is that I was tolooking wrongly to back date my plan then I did so that cost me money then I didn't have the data that I thought I was getting with the plan change so I had to bump up to the next plan all this has costed me money I am a great customer my bills are always paid on time and are not cheap mind you and to get rip off for more is just crazy I'm really considering at&t  or sprint right now Verizon just keeps costing me more and more and not to mention that when I bought my ne

w phone in January there was a 100 bill credit promotion  and guess what that's has never been applied  to my bill !!!!!
