This started last week. Once I sign in to forum, I no longer see the icon that used to allow me to access my private messages. It appears that verizon has "upgraded" their forum software and has broken this function.
Anyone else having this issue? How do I access my private messages? I am still trying to resolve a potential equipment return dispute and need to access/save my private messages.
OK, NOW my username and the icon show up, after I posted my original message! How weird is that? It did prompt me to login again before allowing my post, even though I was already signed in. After the post was published, the icon and username mysteriously reappeared!
