My Verizon Biography? I am a stockholder (with very few shares). I have had Verizon FIOS since it became available in my neighborhood (TV, PHONE, INTERNET). I think the company is too big to care about anything anymore as evidenced by their voice guided help systems that take minutes just to find out you need to talk to a human. I like the FIOS quality, but have given up on Verizon ever fixing the problems they create. I stopped using Verizon e-mail because of the perimeter spam controls (that's right, some legitimate messages are being blocked as spam and never get into your spam box). FIOS TV is only missing one thing - Direct Ticket from the NFL (well, and a better guide that works).
