I have exported my messages and tried to set up my mailbox in outlook 2010 and I keep getting this error:
Send test e-mail message: Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings.
I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works. Its when the test email is sent for the outbox that throws the error. Please help. My password is valid being that it is the password that I use to sign in to Verizon.com also.
Please make sure that the SSL is selected for both incoming and outgoing server. Port numbers should be 995 for incoming and 465 for outgoing. If you have problems after this, please send me a private message.
