Email forwarding from yahoo senders not being deliverd

I auto forward emails to my verizon.net account to my outlook.com (hotmail) account.  Everything works fine except with some of my clients who have yahoo accounts.  When they email me, the messages are rejected with the following error.

messages from (xxxxx) on behalf of (yahoo.com) could not be delivered due to domain owner policy restrictions
