General Help

I recently had to move and cancel FiOS, as it is notavailable at this facility.  DSL is too slow but  Verizon said I could keep my "name@verizon.net"   (actually incoming/outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net setting) account provided I accessed it at least every 30 days.

Does this apply to my sub-accounts too?  How do I access them to change the passwords as Yahoo had locked the old passwords on me when they were hacked which was during the time I was moving.
