Errors when deleting emails on Verizon Webmail

I frequently get error messages when deleting emails on Verizon Webmail, both with  Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.  Any suggestions on how to resolve?

reset both your browsers, clear history, cookies and that is it you will be good going, if you have any issues even then contact the Tech support
