Forwarding emails after termination of DSL

I've sold my house, closing date is 11/28, so I've cancelled my Verizon phone and DSL service as of that date.  Is there a way for me to have emails that are sent to my Verizon DSL account forwarded to a new email address after my DSL service ends?

There is not way to have them forwarded once you cancel the service the email is terminated.  There is a option to keep your email address once you cancel your service.  Please let me know if you wish to have more information in reference to this option.

Can you priovide more info on how to keep a verizon.net email address after termination of DSL?  I'm in the same situation, and would like to keep my main verizon.net address plus two sub addresses.  I've spoken with reps on the phone and they told me it was not possible.

Any assistance/suggestions you could provide would be most appreciated. Thanks!
