I have a @gte.net email address but my old computer had a melt down and as instructed I did not write down my password many years ago when I first got the address so now I have a new computer put I can't get my email without the old password.
I could sure use some help. And, I am writing them down from now on! Thanks
You can try the forgot password links on the Verizon website, but if you don't know your secret question/answer, you'll need to contact Verizon's tech support and have them reset your password.
You should contact them directly via one of the options on their Contact Us page.
