Hello, I'm new to Verizon e-mail and I'm use to having my (In-box) e-mail open while composing a new e-mail. I like to go back and forth. For example I might want to copy and paste from several e-mails onto one. I know I can save as a "Draft" but would rather simply click and go back and forth. Is it possible to have more than one window open at the same time?

The only way you can do this is to open 2 copies of the webmail (wheither in tabs or sperate windows). Compose in one and switch to the other to view the inbox email. This does work as the site will allow you to log in multuple times.
