Last month I had an account on Verizon only with my old phone and was able to log on to My Verizon and my account. Today I had the Triple Play installed. As a result when signing into the new account I had to create a new ID and password. Now When ever I try to log on it does not recognisw my sign in and I am not able to sign in to receive emails. I made two attempts to correct this without success.When I click on email I get this message and get locked out.
I need some serious help here.
^^^ that should resolve it. IF it does not fix it ,clear any saved passwords or userid you have for this site; then try the new ID and password. If it still fails setup another UserID. In the long term I would recommend setting up a 3rd party application to manipulate email.
What link are you using to enter your password and ID for email?
IF you use internet explorer - internet options - General - Browsing History - delete button - select Passwords only - delete - NOTE this will clear all stored passwords for all sites
If you use Fire fox - tools - options- security - saved password - and you can select any or all passwords for various sites .
