I open my broswer (Safari Mac) Verizon hm page opens. I click for e-mails. Login page opens. I login-in and the new verizon home page opens a banner with all the headings of Home -My services -e-mails -messages -support.
but bottom of page blank. I choose e-mails again from the banner and same thing happens.
What is wrong with verizon's new home page.
I can not retrieve my e-mails.

if you can access the email on another computer/browser.... there should be a link to switch back to the "old email"... do that with the other computer/browser, and then Safari should work again

I noticed that the page for Email uses pop up functions even though it does not open a new pop up window. With Windows the work around is to hold the control key down when clicking, or turn of the blocker for Verizon's site. Rather odd behavior for a web developer. I think it should be changed or fixed. First noticed when a user at work was logged into web mail and the send button would not work.

If yo go directly to the webmail application does it work any better:
http://webmail.verizon.net/signin/
Maybe worth a try. This seems to work ok for me on Safari on Windows.

Prisaz, Thank You for your response, I'm also trying to find where to click the solved problem for this post ^¿^
What I did, I switched / used the Firefox browser to test verizon. THe new Verizon page loaded complete with the graphics / streaming video introducing the new Wizard Setup which gives you the option to combine internet, e-mails phone tv, and verizon accounts in one page when loging in.
For some reason my Macintosh browser Safari won't load or read the complete page with graphics or htmls. Only the top red banner with headings and not the bottom part. So I'm still researching Safari. Never had problems before with this browser.

Hey Justin how are you? You have always directed me or helped me in solving my tech problems. Thank You.
No, usually thats the way I login sometimes through webmail.verizon.net.
But will try again in a few minutes.
If you notice I just responded to the other suggestions. About switching browsers. But I like Safari on Mac G4. So I'm still trying.
kudos for you Justin & for Prisz!

My problem with the new Verizon Home Page started 6/10/2010 when my Verizon desk top icon which use to go to Verizon.net was redirected to Verizon.com. At Verizon.com I would get a message that my User ID was unavailable. I could still get back to Verizon.net using my tool bar links. On 6/18/2010 all my links were redirected to Verizon.com which would not recognize my User ID. My Email was no longer accessible. The first two troubles reported to Verizon on 6/10/2010 were simply disregard by them without resolution. My latest trouble to Verizon is still pending since 6/18/2010. I have asked them to notify me if the problem will ever be fixed so that I can find an alternate service. Their migration from Verizon.net to Verizon.com is completely incompetent.

Thanks You Mr. Robertson:
As I remembered doing before (I quoted about using a different browser Firefox) So I did go back double check to see if Setup Wizard would give a choice to keep old version/style e-mail. So I used Firefox and changed /cancel the options.
Rebooted and open Safari and it work. It has the new style of banner only within my e-mail window when opened.
But its working smoothly.
At this point Safari has a kink (it seems at this point) not able to recognize new elements that Verizon is putting out on their homepages. But I'm happy that it works.
Great support from this community, I knew this is the place for answers. Thanks to Alll, have a great week.
And thank You KaLin for re-directing my post to the right place with the right people.
