My new email interface disappeared yesterday. Back to the old clunky "RIch Interface".
The new interface had a lot of problems (i.e.. timeouts, refreshing, navigation etc.). I think Verizon pulled it because it had to many issues.
Nice testing Verizon programmers!!!!!!

This is the same thing that happened when they rolled out the new customer portal. Tested it in the Verizon lab, it worked, so they started rolling it out in groups. The first few small groups were okay, but when they scaled up it crashed miserably, and failed. They had to roll back and try again.
Testing at Verizon is frowned upon. It tends to delay the release of new products.

As of today, We are having no problems with the new E mail page.

The ad for the New Email Tool says you can link your phone to Verizon Mail to see and play voice mail messages. When you set up the service, there is no instruction on how to link your phone. Has anyone tried that yet? Where's the link (and the beef) ?
