I'm having a problem with my email.  I get a message that a script is running and asks me if I want to stop it.  No matter how many times I try clicking on "yes" my email freezes up and I sometimes get the same message again.  Does anybody have a solution?

#1 What is the web browser that you are using? For example I am on Firefox 3.6.13

#2 What your OS and Version? For example I am ubuntu 10.04 LTS.

I'm lost when it comes to even the most basic technical jargon.  I use Windows Explorer and Windows XP.  I have a feeling that the problem might involve a recent update from either McAfee or Microsoft.  I hope this is enough information for you.
