Spam settings for subaccount (all settings for subaccount)

I have only general options for settings in my one subaccount and when I try to change these to turn spam filtering on I am told that Verizon is unable to save my settings. If the subaccount had the same settings as the primary account by default that might not be too bad, but having no ability to change settings at all is really aggravating. I thought you would have fixed this by now.
