Storage.....fact/fiction?

When I switched from Cox to Verizon, I mobed filkes, e-mails, etc.  The mssg said they were in storage......I cant get into storage.......any ideas???  Thanx in advance!!

Larrywd,

We're sorry that you're having a hard time retrieving your files.  We'll need more information to assist you.  Are you using the Verizon Online Backup and Sharing?  If so, there should be an application downloaded to your computer that will allow access to your files.
