Why, why was it necessary to change the email formatting so that now I feel like I'm dealing with a skittish animal rather than a means of communication?
Messages open/close if a finger moves but a fraction as I think over a reply. Hunting for the email I need is painful as the sorting methods have been made less useful.
And the contrast between font and background is poor. Not everyone has the eyes of a 16 year old.
Change for the sake of change is pointless. Change should be for improvement.
Rethink and change the changes for the better.

Can you please clarify where you are seeing these changes? Are you accessing your Verizon email through the www.myverizon.com site or a third party email client such as Outlook, Express, Macmail, etc?
