It says to visit Verizon Central at http://www.verizon.net -- but I can't find anything on this. What is up, my computer crashed & I desperately need to reset up my E-mail.
Hello realbullet, you can use this link http://www22.verizon.com/residentialhelp/inhomeagent?CMP=DMC-CV090324 to download the In-Home-Agent or use income.verizon.net as your incoming server and outgoing.verizon.net as your outgoing server. Remember to click in the box where it says "My server requires authentication" so it has a check mark in it.
