When I want to delete messages from e-mail inbox/trash or wherever a box comes up and ask's do you want to delete (obviously I just asked to delete) and has a box to click to delete the box is not visable I must click all over area to find box or look for hand to appear to find box to delete messages.
It doesn't sound like the Verizon webmail at myverizon.com. Hitting delete just deletes outright or sends it to the trash folder, there are no confirmation pop ups or hand icons. You may be using Microsoft outlook or another webmail provider like Google or yahoo. If that's the case I would have to refer you to their support depts.
The only folder on my E mail page that asks if you are sure you want to delete is the trash folder. It does that because once deleted from trash, it is deleted forever and you can not get it back.
