I recently was required to change from VerizonYahoo to Verizon Webmail service. I seem to be receiving my mail through this service, but there are no emails in my sent folder. What is the issue with this?
Make sure that you have it set to save your sent messages. This is off by default in Verizon's webmail, presumably to save space. Under My Settings (to the left of your Inbox) click on Mail, then make sure "Save Sent Messages" is set to Save.
