When I click on the "Get In-Home Agent" button as displayed on the support pages, it takes me to https://www22.verizon.com/ForYourHome/FTTPRepair/NR/common/ConsumerWizard/VzInHomeAgentInstaller.msi and I get a "Page Cannot Be Found" error.
Is this web site issue, or is there some reason I'm the only one getting this result? I'm using Google Chrome 4.0.

Thie link you provided brings up a dialog box with the option for me to save the file. Try Firefox or IE. They both work this way. I am running Firefox right now.

Clicking on your link prompts me to download the in-home agent in Firefox, IE, and Chrome 4.0. I'm running Windows 7 on this machine. Maybe something local to your network?
