My contract is up in two weeks and I can't find out the cost of my services without the contract. The offer they give me rasies the cost $12 with the same service and tied in for another 2 years.

Then just add in that $12 increase and you come to the cost.
now you could go month to month without a contract which may also be just that $12 additional. In that case take it non contract. This way if you want to go to cable etc. you don’t have any $350 early termination fee.
Now if the cost after the contract is over is more than $12 then find another provider.
you could cancel service for 30 days and come back as a new customer with new customer pricing. Think it over for a little while see what works for you.

Look at your bill and take off all the discounts.
Thats where to start.
But without a contract contract could go up the next month.
So its hard to say how much your bill will be.
