FiOS adds new networks to my home net

Since we converted from DSL to FiOS and added TV, I notice several networks on my home LAN in addition to my 192.168.1.x. I also see 169.254.1.x, 076.165.085.x, 061.161.081.x, 204.074.404.x, 213.135.x and others.
I use a Netgear wireless router with all settings default from factory (except login, obviously).
Shouldn't I see only my 192.168.1.x addresses? Why do I see so many nets (using a Fluke One-Touch Network Analyzer)? I thought FiOS was a routed service (not a bridged service), meaning I should not see other networks in front of my router. The addresses shown above are all downstream from my router. Are these BOTS, or legitimate addresses Verizon is setting up between our 4 TV boxes?

I know that your computer must have more than one NIC card.
#1 The 169.254 address means that, that NIC card is connected to a network but no DHCP server was found.
#2 192.168.1.x is a LAN IP.
**
Hmm, for the other address(es).
Does your router offer UPnP?
If so is it turned on or off in the router?
