Honestly, just ask Verizon. It's their equipment and they should replace it at no charge if it's broken.

Hey--did you ever get an answer to this one? I called Verizon and they said...you're on you're own! So far Radio Shack, online, etc is a bust. Any help out there?

It's just a bit of wire with a spade connector on it, make it yourself. HD, Lowes or any auto parts store would have the parts.

It's VZ's equipment. Call VZ to replace or repair the BBU. They're repsonsible for it working properly.
Don't go into detail with the CSR on the phone about the wire being broken.
