FIOS is wired to my house, but the website won't let me see package options.

Does anybody have a phone number that actually works to get Verizon to update their database with an address?  The online chat gave me a phone number that automatically hangs up on me because I don't have an account number.  It feels odd to almost have to beg just to shop Verizon's package options.  My current service provider has been disappointing, but this isn't starting off on the right foot either.  Thanks Much!

Try this website

http://www.verizon.com/Fios

it has an automated feature to show you plans and to see if Fios is available in your area or address, also if you order online you save $99+ in install fees. But do not call or chat with any Verizon employee or you get dinged for the install fees.

also choose NO CONTRACT this way if you want to leave you can at any time.

Thank you for the input sir.  The website tells me that my address can't get service.  I literally have a FIOS box on a pole right on my property and the FIOS cables are run all the way to my house.  I've tried calling and it has hung up on me each time because I don't have any account info.  Mind you, this is the same phone number that "customer service" gave to me in a chat on their website.  It is just a bizarre situation all around from a customer's perspective.
