Hey all. Had a FIOS install a few days ago. Tech wasn’t able to come in during COVID restrictions but everything ran smooth for a couple of days. Today, out of the blue, both the internet won’t stay connected and the TV won’t connect to any channels. I currently have the G3100 router with three top boxes. If I reboot the router - it’ll remain connected for 10 minutes and then turns to the yellow ring and won’t connect again. The TV will not connect to any channels either. Any ideas? Tech support wasn’t very helpful.

What lights are on the ONT when your internet and TV go down?

Thanks for responding. Currently, I have solid green lights on for PWR, BAT, NTWK, MGMT.
FAIL, VID, DATA, POTS, MoCA are all off.

If the DATA light is off then there must be something wrong with the ethernet wiring. Are the ONT and router close to each other? Can you try a different ethernet cord?

It could be an issue with the ONT or the router. You can try plugging your laptop or PC directly into the ONT to see if it internet still drops out.
