Help Verizon Fios Router

Well i cant acces my rotuer with the default info admin and password/password1 i get the followin message

'Login failed, please try again: ' everyletter i enter in the password box appears as 4 i this normal? how ever

i cant acces the router pannel is there a solution i hope so how about reseting the password Help pls


The Router i have is a Westell Model a90-9100em15-10

Yes its normal for every character you type to put in multiple dots. Its supposidly a security feature



all you need to do is hit the reset button on the back for about 10 seconds and then it will default it back to admin/password


Error exists between keyboard and chair.

Hold the reset button in on the back of the router for about 10 seconds. Wait for the router to reboot. Open internet explorer and type to acces the router log in page and the default user name is admin and the password is password. You will then be prompted to change the password.
