How to provision CAT5 on ONT?

Happy holidays!

FIOS is installed over MOCA, would like to connect to ONT via CAT5. I did a brief search and it seems CSR can enable it, what's the best way? Here on the forums, online on Verizon site, over the phone? What special words to say?

Thanks!

This is a peer-to-peer support forum.  You'll need to contact Verizon directly to modify your service.  Chat or phone should work.

If you have FiOS TV, note that you'll have to create your own MoCA network in order for TV services such as the guide and VoD to work properly.  This FAQ provides several ways to do this:

As for "special words," I suggest "please" and "thank you."

Good Luck.

I would suggest calling in. Just tell them you would like to have your Internet moved to the RJ45 "Ethernet" port on the ONT, rather than have the Internet delivered over Coax. The change takes a few seconds.
