How to set up my router to have two SSID's one for 2.4GHz and another one for 5GHz on G3100?

I just upgraded and the new g3100 router will only show the 5ghz when connecting my Alexa. Alexa works on the 5ghz but needs to be on the 2.4ghz to connect to my devices. None of my smart devices work with Alexa anymore. they need to be on the 2.4ghz.

Can anyone help me configure this g3100 router to show both or just the 2.4ghz. I know I have to turn of SON but I'm confused on how to move forward from there. I'm looking for step by step on getting both options back so I can choose the proper connections for these devices. Please help!

Thank you.
