I need to be able to communicate with FIOS in writing because Im at my breaking point with regards to the billing department. I have communicated with FIOS customer care by phone, roughly 8 times. I was told a setup fee would be waived prior to me even getting service and two months later its still on my bill to pay it. Even though all 8 people I have spoken to, told me it would be fixed. I want to know why Verizon can power a city but cant fix my bill over almost two months.
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
