Issues with FIOS

Hello,

I just had FIOS installed last week and I am having several issues.  When I boot my computer it takes a while for the internet connection to be established, in the past programs such as Steam would connect right away, but now because of the lack of connection a lot of the programs start in offline mode.  Also when using Skype on my iphone, I am unable to receive any photos when on WiFi, as soon as I am on 3G I can receive the photos but the FIOS router blocks the incoming photo requests.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

DMP do you have any custom setting on the router? First thing I would try is presssing the reset button on the router & hold it for 15 seconds, release it and try again. NOTE  you will loose any custom settings on the router.

Also have you tested with a wired connection?

Also have you deleted any unused networks in Windows Networks and Sharing Center?
