Who packed this thing? it was dancing around in the box and had visible signs of use. Why would I want to replace my issues with somebosy elses? I would not even try to hook it up due to it most likely being damaged during shipment. I called and ordered a new one, but I hope they pack the **bleep** thing right. Throw some newspaper in there at least, geez.
