Hello,
I am having issues downloading apps from the Google Play Store after switching to fios. Previously, I was able to download and install on wifi with no issues...ever. Now that I am connected to the wireless router that verizon issued to me, I can no longer download apps from the Google Play Store. I am given the error that the "package file is invalid". Is there anything that I need to do to the router to get this working? I contacted Google and they stated that it is more than likely an issue with the router/connection because the apps download and install fine over 4g. The issue is only observed over wifi.
Also, I cannot log into the router as I was never given the credentials.
Any help is welcome and appreciated.
Regards,
Justin

Login = admin and password = serial #. Or the newest router has a label with the information on the router.
