Hello,
I've had verizon optic service for about 2 months now and everything has been great.
But starting yesterday I got disconnected twice and today once so far and it seems to return to normal after about a minute or two. I noticed that the router button blinks before reconnecting. Does anyone have a solution for this? Is it a faulty device? Maybe an outage issue or something that has to be checked out on my end by a technician?
All help is welcome.

#1 For us helpers out here, it would help to know at least the brand and model of your router.
#2 As well as, if you have FIOS TV too or not.
